Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery is free and typically arrives within 7–11 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery is available for $6.99 and generally arrives within 5–9 business days from dispatch. Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is completely free on all orders Australia-wide. Express shipping is available at checkout for $6.99 for faster delivery with priority processing.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to all addresses across Australia and New Zealand including metro, suburban, regional, and rural areas. Please note that remote locations may take slightly longer than the standard estimated timeframes.
How long does it take to process my order?
Express orders are typically processed and dispatched within 12–24 hours of purchase. Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours of purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time by visiting our tracking page and entering your order number along with your email address or phone number. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window or appears significantly delayed please contact our support team immediately at support@velosria.com. We will investigate with our courier partners and resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
How long do I have to return an item?
We allow a minimum of 45 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return or rejection. This does not limit your broader rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our support team at support@velosria.com with your order details. We may request photos or a short video to assess the issue. Once assessed we will provide you with a prepaid return label and guide you through the next steps.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at purchase. Most refunds appear within 3–7 business days of approval depending on your payment provider
My order was marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what do I do?
Contact us immediately at support@velosria.com. We will investigate the matter with our courier partners. In appropriate circumstances we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Every transaction on velosria.com is fully encrypted using SSL technology. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is handled exclusively by our trusted payment providers in full compliance with PCI DSS security standards.
What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices on velosria.com are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
I didn't receive an order confirmation email, what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find your confirmation email after 24 hours of placing your order please contact us at support@velosria.com and we will resend it for you.
My payment was declined — what should I do?
Check that your card details were entered correctly and that your card has sufficient funds. Contact your bank to confirm the transaction has not been blocked. Alternatively try a different payment method at checkout. If the issue persists contact us at support@velosria.com and we will assist you.
Can I pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. Both Apple Pay and Google Pay are available at checkout on compatible devices for a fast and seamless payment experience.
