At Velosria we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery timeframes, processing times, and tracking information.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard Delivery — Free Complimentary standard shipping is available on all orders Australia-wide. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–11 business days from the date of dispatch.

Express Delivery — $6.99 Express shipping is available at checkout for $6.99. Express orders receive priority packaging and processing and generally arrive within 5–9 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and seasonal demand periods.

Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched promptly following purchase:

  • Express orders are typically processed and dispatched within 12–24 hours of purchase
  • Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours of purchase

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for tracking information to update in the courier system after dispatch.

Peak Period Delays

During the busy December holiday period, increased parcel volumes across courier networks may result in slight delays beyond the standard estimated timeframes. We recommend placing your order early during this season and allowing a few additional business days for delivery.

Similarly during major shopping events such as Black Friday, Click Frenzy, and other peak periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Enter your order number along with your email address or phone number to view the latest updates on your delivery. Tracking data is provided directly by our courier partners and reflects the most current information available.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all addresses across Australia including metro, suburban, and regional areas. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than the standard estimated timeframes.

Orders are fulfilled from our Australian and international fulfilment facilities depending on product availability and current warehouse stock levels. Every parcel is carefully packed, quality checked, and assigned a tracking number before leaving our facility.

Undelivered or Late Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window or is significantly delayed beyond the timeframe provided at checkout please contact our customer support team immediately at support@velosria.com. We will investigate the matter with our courier partners and work to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to collect from a collection point, we will contact you directly to arrange re-shipment. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delays.
